Review for Empowerment International, Albuquerque, NM, USA
We visited Empowerment International Inc. in Nicaragua in 2012 and were overwhelmed by the wonderful work the organization is doing to keep impoverished children in school and giving them a place to learn with other students in a group setting. The enthusiasm of the students was an amazing thing for us to witness. The success of the program in reaching out to oft-ignored children was made very clear in our visit as we witnessed former students who had graduated and were so happy with what Empowerment International did for them that they came back to help tutor the children now going through the program. We were pleased to sponsor one of the children so he would have the financial support he needed to buy books, supplies, and other necessities to stay in school. We think Empowerment International is an outstanding program.

hope Empowerment International would receive more financial help to assist barrio children receive the education they will need to rise out of poverty and help advance their country. We have continued to send a check every month for your sponsored child.
