Ms. Chadwick and her volunteers rescue older small breeds who others have given-up on. Many dogs have physically challanging issues; others have never known kindness and need patience to learn to trust again.

There are varying circumstances why so many older doggies end up in a shelter with little or no hope of getting good care in their senior years. The people at the Pepper Foundation make every effort to change that reality by providing love, medical treatment, foster homes, temporary and permenant placement. Ms. Chadwick works tirelessly and is driven to bring love and safety to as many needy senior pooches as possible.
