Review for SERUDS, Kurnool, , India
This is Latika Reu from Delhi India. I have worked as a volunteer with Seruds India ngo Kurnool Andhra Pradesh India from 13 sept 2013- 27 sept 2013. My subjects political science and human rights encourage me to work for the development and welfare of the downtrodden, orphan, street children ,old people and women upliftment. For any society to grow there is a need for overall development physically,emotionally and mentally.
Seruds India has spread its work in all the three broad areas likely orphan children,mid day meal for old age group and women upliftment. Seruds hard work, dedication and passion towards the social cause can be seen from its achievements and honors received.
My experience as a volunteer had been very substantive. I enjoyed my work and got a chance to learn new things. I am honored to have Mr. Mallikarajuna as my supervisor.I sincerely thank him for all the help,time to time guidance and support.I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff, children and helpers for making my stay comfortable.I would also like to thank the donors for all the respect given to me during my visits.
It will be an honor for me to work for Seruds again in the future. I wish all the best to Seruds and become a grand success in coming times.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Today Seruds is one of the best ngo's in Andhra Pradesh. So there is no scope of mistakes. But If I would like to make changes in the organisation I would include old destitute men with women for the mid day meals.After all men are also human beings
