Review for New Israel Fund of Canada, Toronto, , Canada
I have been involved with NIF since it was created 30 years ago. I was a member of the initial board. NIF is where I put my donation to Israel. Through Shatil its organizational and action arm, it works towards building a just society. It dealing with problems that affect the lives of Israelis. They develop grass roots organizations in each of the areas so that the people affected can work towards improving their lives. The people in in the leadership roles in Israel are very dedicated and creative.

My experience with the Fund is very good as over the years as I have developed a relationship with the leadership staff in Israel. I wish that NIF had more visibility here in Canada and more people would get to know about the work they do.
