I am also a former employee of MHN. My opinion is STAY AWAY! DO NOT work WITH them or FOR them! I am Caucasian, but I witnessed the Director, and his "female pet in charge" underpay minorities who did much more than I did. The environment is dirty, unhealthy, racist, and overall impossible to work in! It is very clear that this organization has a 5-6 month turnover rate and ALSO very clear, they hire incompetent white people to OVERPAY THEM and hire over qualified minorities to underpay and overwork them! I have also witnessed the Director himself making racial jokes and comments to minority staff. The female VP slipped her way into charge somehow with no credible effort to get her there. She now burns holes through the company credit card for personal use, and uses the company phone for texting all her boyfriends. That woman added to about 80% of the dysfunction at MHN. As stated, she had no merit to make it to VP, and when she got there, misused her power to talk down to people and take credit for everyone else's work. The Director? Eating out her palm of course! This place is a wreck, the money is misused and I am SO GLAD I made it out.
