IDRF is an extraordinary organisation with a powerful mission. Its deep commitment to the education, health and women empowerment for the disadvantaged has given us strength and encouragement to serve the marginalized.
IDRF is a fully transparent organisation and its deep commitment to the cause of women empowerment has helped us to form more than 650 SHGs with more than 10,000 members in the Karnal District of Haryana (India). Today more than 10,000 women have the umbrella of financial security through their micro credit groups. Over 5000 women have recourse to large credit resources through the 2 Federations. Further, more than 15 village level organizations of disabled persons have been formed. There are more than 2000 entrepreneurs who have started small businesses.
IDRF is one of the organizations that have helped it happen.
