Seafarer House is an extraordinary example of caring people making a huge difference in the lives of people in a very misunderstood industry. How is it possible that we serve over 150,000 seafarers a year in a facility consisting of two old portable buildings? This labor of love was started by two ministers in a van and has grown and survived to be ranked the best mission of its type in the world! We provide a multi faith practical care service center for the crew of cargo, cruise and petroleum vessels from around the world. I am proud to be a part of such a dedicated group of industry professional, religious leaders and business people who are committed to this mission.
