Review for American Committee For Melabev Inc, N Hollywood, CA, USA
My first exposure to Melabev was 15 years ago when my paernts made aliyah and my mother was already suffering from early Alzheimers disease. They made a successful transition to living in Jerusalem and Melabev was the highlight of that success. THh center in San Simon was an ideal setting for her and we spent 6-7 years there until my mother passed away nearly 8 years ago. My Dad, who has suffered from a series of mini-strokes, first attended the Bet aHakerem facility and now attends the Shaarei Zedek Moadon. The most amazing part of Melabev is the staff - simply amazing, warm and giving people who do their utmost to bring smiles to the faces of the elderly. They are a professional organization who fills a vital need for today's aging population. They certainly rate as the GREATEST non-profit organization and I thank G-d that they exist here in Jerusalem.
