Review for Interfaith Council, Spokane, WA, USA
The Spokane Interfaith Council is a diverse group of people with a passion for fostering interfaith dialogue and understanding in the Spokane area. We are small but growing, and always open to new members and participants. Our bi-montly Interfaith Women's Circle is an opportunity for women of every faith to share their spiritual journeys with each other in a safe and intimate setting. We talk, laugh, pray, and even sing and dance together, learning from traditions as far-flung as Hinduism, Christianity, New Thought, Native American, Islam, Judaism, Sikhism and Buddhism. Our newest initiative is to foster interfaith dialogue among young adults, starting with a recent event co-sponsored with Gonzaga University. We also sponsor an annual interfaith Thanksgiving event and co-sponsor interfaith gatherings with One Peace, Many Paths.
