SAPCONE is an excelent Network , for the Turkana people , and more so the other patsrolists .
it has very good relationships with all stakeholders , especially the administrators both in Turkana and accross the border in Ethiopia , we at peaceNet are very proud to be associated with them , they providea platform where we can engage with the communities ,
