I can wholeheartedly say that Dor Chadash has changed the way I interact with my community and that it has significantly enriched my personal and professional circles. Dor Chadash has allowed me to remain "Israeli" in New York. By creating opportunities for Israelis and American who are passionate about Israel to stay connected to Israeli culture, social issues, and other professionals who love and care about Israel Dor Chadash adds significant and immediate value to the people it touches.

Everybody cares and everybody is passionate. This is not a 9 to 5 staff. Everyboyd is emotionally invested.

Expand to a number of other locations and create real efficiences of scale. It could bring lesser known up and comming stars, talent and leaders from Israel and expose them to a larger community.
Ways to make it better...
I had known more people from the beginning. Once I began attending the committee meetings I really began building relationships.
