The Rwanda Girls Initiative is one of the most compelling and caring non profit organizations I have come across. RGI focuses on the education of Rwandan girls in part to create a sustainable education base in an area nearly destroyed by genocide. The principal founders are compassionate and driven to create a model that can be replicated in throughout Rwanda and hopefully throughout the global community. Social change is a slow and challenging process-it is my belief that the foundation for change is rooted in education and support. The Rwanda Girls Initiative is a shining example of a model that can move the world.
