Review for Progressive Animal Welfare Society of Bainbridge Island & North Kitsap, Bainbridge Is, WA, USA
We foster kittens with PAWS. It has been an incredible experience. Our youngest child is significantly disabled, and the impact on her has been profound. She is starting to say more words and express an understanding of emotions and feelings since we have fostered kittens in our home. We were just looking to be involved in our local community, but feel that we have gained so much more. The ease of becoming a foster family and support for foster families is amazing. A first class organization to work with. Many times we have to jump through extra hoops for different things with our daughter, but the staff at PAWS made sure she was treated just like any other person wanting to volunteer. To us that is priceless. Truly a first class organization!

Review for North Kitsap Baptist Church, Poulsbo, WA, USA
This is a place of belonging for all ages. I love the warmth and acceptance that is shared with anyone who walks through the door. So many families are in transition, without any support. This is a place that fills in the gap!
