I visited several years ago when on a business trip...I had 2 hours to get there...got there witih an hour to see the animals and facility - one Tiger - Hamilton - talked and talked to me....it was soooo amazing. It was soooo cold and I was the only visitor there so late in the day - but it was more than worth the trip - Since then I have been Blessed to have visited several other times. I got to see the Bolivian Lions when the Facility opened....and my Husband and I have had such a wonderful time talking with the Staff and supporting The Wild Animal Sanctuary. We tell EVERYONE that will listen about the Facility.....LOL...I called the Colorado Employment Office in reference to work and talked to the woman so long about The Wild Animal Sanctuary that she asked me if I worked there or if I worked for the Colorado Chamber of Commerce...and when I told her 'No, but that would be a dream come true, but I just so appreciated all that they do..." she said that I should because she was going to go there and would tell everyone that she knew as well. THANK YOU WILD ANIMAL SANCTUARY FOR ALL YOU DO AND FOR GIVING THESE AMAZING CREATURES THE WONDERFUL LIFE THAT THEY MORE THAN DESERVE!!! YOU ALL ARE AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL!!!
