My experience with Best Dawg was nothing short of perfect. I fell in love and adopted what my biased opinion will call THE best dawg :) I found the group to be organized and responsive, open in communication and doing a great job of finding matches between human and canine.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the same that faces other animal rescue groups: handling the influx of animals -- heightened by the recent economic downturn -- as efficiently and compassionately as possible with limited resources.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I appreciate Best Dawg's committment to the often overlooked animal population (i.e., those with medical needs)
