bs'd Wisdom from seniors at Melabev Bet Shemesh 1.'F': Organise and prioritise what I want to do - first, second,... Write it down. Stick to it until I finish it. (This works beautifully for me especially on Friday when I'm preparing Shabbat. I add time estimates and then can decide to swap activities around or postpone planned ones till Sunday). 2.'C': Don't jump up and down. Can't change all at once. Be interested and responsible for thing one has to concentrate on. Much more effective to stick with it. 3.'D' It's like that when we're older.

Do more for more clients. Subsidise the service offered for cash strapped clients. Have dedicated non shared facilities. Have dedicated parking area. Pay the hard working staff a professional wage. Have more rooms and choices of activities for chients.
