Review for The Wild Animal Sanctuary, Keenesburg, CO, USA

Rating: 5 stars

We adopted one of the Bolivian lions rescued by ADI and love The Wild Animal Sanctuary. You can feel the love for the animals when you enter the sanctuary. The all volunteer staff is very knowledgeable and very excited about educating the public. All of these beautiful peaceful creatures are living a life of love and freedom. Whenever someone comes to visit us from out of town, we always plan a day at the Sanctuary. Our guests are amazed at how content the animals are. The walkway is above the eye level of the animals so they are not threatened by the visitors. Pat Craig is the founder and has devoted his life to these beautiful creatures. Thank you for all you do.

Review for The Wild Animal Sanctuary, Keenesburg, CO, USA

Rating: 5 stars

The Wild Animal Sanctuary is the most amazing place run by the most amazing group of people. Every time I visit the sanctuary my heart swells. You can feel the LOVE immediately. The volunteers are so friendly and helpful. They are well educated on the animals at the sanctuary and are so happy to share their knowledge with you. The animals are so content in their surroundings - they are loved, you can feel it. Pat Craig started this wonderful refuge for abused and neglected animals three decades ago, and it is his love for these animals that has evolved into this award-winning sanctuary.
