SE Asia foundation runs a very comprehensive program and its founder Bill Taylor is hands on with all the activities. Cambodian Community Dream Org has been the beneficiary with the Mobile Library and other programs.

Bill Taylor and SE Asia Foundation have been instrumental in bringing the local stakeholers to the table by using matching grants. They inspire the local people to get involved and start helping themselves. This is the parth to sustainability. They believe in a hand UP and not a hand OUT.
