Martha and the Home Away Boston organization truly make a lasting, positive impact on people's lives. My son and I had to be in Boston for almost 2 months this past winter while he received treatment at Mass General. When I reached out to Martha, she was able to accomodate our request for housing. When we arrived in Boston, we were absolutely astounded to see how beautiful the Home Away Boston apartments are! Much more important, however, was that after a long day of treatment, my son and I could come "home" and relax and eat dinner together and maintain a somewhat normal life. Martha would regularly phone or email us to make sure we had everything we needed and even connected us to local social and sporting events. Although my son's treatment was a difficult time for us, we will fondly remember our time at Home Away Boston. We cannot say enough good things about this organization!
