Review for Well Aware, Austin, TX, USA
Well Aware is a remarkable organization that does a whole lot with very little. Well Aware builds water wells in Kenya to bring clean water to folks who have no access to clean water. Nearly everyone in the org is a volunteer, and the org seems to be efficient and tight and well run. They have already built 15 water wells in Kenya, which is terrific! They run this org so efficiently that the average so far is that they can provide clean water to one Kenyan for an entire year for only $1! That's incredible. I highly recommend this organization.
