I am forever grateful from the kindness of Modest Needs. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. These past couple months have been a real struggle for me, emotionally and financially, and knowing that there were people who wanted to help me through this is beyond miraculous to me. I don’t have children, so my 4 dogs and my rescue dogs mean everything to me. I volunteer my spare time taking in rescue dogs and finding homes of them. Not being able to provide for them killed me, and not knowing how I would pay my mortgage was unbearable. Me and my dogs are forever grateful, and I look forward to helping other people and animals when I am back on my feet again. Thank you Modest Needs and all the beautiful souls that cared about my story!!! I am rebuilding my home after Hurricane Sandy, and it is all because of people like you! I am now hopeful and know I can do this! I am excited to move forward!
