Review for WHALE AND DOLPHIN CONSERVATION (WDC), Plymouth, MA, USA
About 18 years ago I was made aware of the Whale & Dolphin Conservation Society and adopted a killer whale for a year; I regularly undertook sponsored walks and attended events to raise money for the charity and found them well organised and supportive. When my membership expired, I lost touch with the charity and have recently rediscovered them. They are very informative with a huge online presence so keeping up to date with their work is easier than ever. They are still carrying out vital work and I implore anyone with an interest in whales and dolphins to look them up and get involved!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Continue to prioritise the work fundraising for whales and dolphins but I would also encourage people to go and see these animals in their natural habitats, promoting the best places to observe them from a safe and non-disruptive distance.
