JConnect Seattle is one of the most amazing organizations I have ever worked with. That is saying a lot because I used be a consultant for nonprofits. Everything about the organization is exception. That includes the programming, the staff, attention to detail, professionalism of staff and volunteers, and everything else one could think of. I am continually impressed by the organization's drive to be better, even though they already are incredible! The leaders and staff are always thinking critically about the needs and wants of the community they serve. For example, when I came to one of the staff people with an idea, he made it happen. I cannot say more about how amazing this organization is.
