Review for CityScience, Brooklyn, NY, USA
My experience with CityScience was nothing short of amazing. Seeing a child's face light up as they discover the world around them is a rare sight now days, however this is the norm for CityScience. With a wide range of classes and many more in the works, CityScience provides hands-on interactive learning that simply doesn't exist in many public schools and can be the spark that keeps children and even their teachers excited about learning.
I'm also very impressed with the student led projects, from surveying and mapping parks to creating an entire magazine! These are high level projects that CityScience has helped its students produce, and provide valuable skills and a sense of accomplishment that students will carry with them long after their time with CityScience.
