I have been planning on riding a bike across the country in honor of my buddy who was killed on a patrol we were conducting in Iraq, 2007. I was put in touch with the Travis Manion Foundation and it has been an amazing partnership. The communication and professionalism is top notch and I have never walked away from a conversation not feeling more motivated to make my particular challenge a reality. If you are a veteran and you want to make something great happen in honor of your friends then you should definitely get in contact with them.
