My husband and I recently joined TES after moving to Houston. We were involved in another group that never got called out on seraches and who seemd to us to be rather disorganized. The trainings we did with the other group were not thoughtout or well planned. We were disappointed and discouraged until we did research on other search groups. Our research about TES and subsequent visits/training with TES was a welcome relief. From the initial orientation to training and every interaction we have had, I am so glad we found this gorup. Roles, responsibilities, mission and objectives are CLEARLY communicated to all involved. TES has integrity and really strives to find resolution to those families missing loved ones. My role as a volunteer is clearly defined and rules are enforced. I admire that becuase I know that my role and the role of the organization and each member is NOT about ego but about the mission of finding loved ones. I am honored to be part of an amazing organization and stand side by side with such dedicated and devoted individuals.
