Approximately four years ago I began the search for a local nonprofit that specialized in providing clean drinking water to third world countries to partner with a bottled water company I owned at the time. My needs were specific and real. They had to be local, focus on providing clean drinking water, be honest and transparent, be a ‘true’ nonprofit with little to no overhead, and most importantly have dedicated leadership that truly and passionately believed in their cause. My search led me to Sarah Evans and Well Aware. Not only did Sarah and her team match my criteria, but have grown to provide so much more by acting locally and affecting change globally by improving quality of life. Their method of owning and managing full lifecycle the well selection and implementation process provides sustainable solutions that no other nonprofit can compete with. I highly recommend and support Well Aware knowing their utilization of donations is appropriate and effective.
