Review for Federation Employment Guidance Service-Closed for Operations, New York, NY, USA
A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Over the last year I've had the privilege to interface with FEGS and some of the most sensitive and caring professionals I've ever been exposed to. My daughter, Carol Hoverman (who is developmentally disabled) and my family have been working with these FEGS professionals to find support for Carol in a broad range of support services. As I'm sure you know, the challenges any family faces with a member with Carol's issues is immense and it takes an organization with the experience and genuine caring of FEGS to navigate the many minefields that this family dynamic presents. The FEGS organization and its incredible staff have sorted out the real issues, prioritized the many steps needed to advance Carol's case, followed through on EVERY detail this process requires, and most importantly have made Carol comfortable with the progress that is being made. I for one have been both impressed with the FEGS organization and for the first time in more years than I care to admit, am beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel for Carol's future well being.
