My Nonprofit Reviews

Clay Churchill
Review for Kutoa Project Inc., Winona Lake, IN, USA
The people who lead Kutoa Project are passionate, dedicated, and smart. They are dedicated to bringing healing, restoration and hope to those who have been impacted by trauma. They use resources effectively and are careful to make sure their impact is sustainable.
I have seen first-hand that their commitment and time spent in Kenya have profoundly impacted the lives of children and caregivers with tremendous success. They provide excellent and necessary resources and training to people who are blessed to be a part of their programs. Their Kenyan staff are very dedicated and highly trained and do the actual trauma counseling, trauma-informed care training, and working with the children one on one.
When I give to them, I’m confident that my money will be used to improve people's lives in Kenya. I’d encourage anyone to go ahead and get involved and watch what happens when you choose to be a part of this wonderful organization. You’ll be glad you did!
Review for Lead Institute Inc, Atlanta, GA, USA
As the executive director of Just One Africa, Lead Institute was an invaluable resource for us. When you are trying to “do good” but facing so many hurdles, having a resource like Lead take you by the hand and walk you through them is so helpful. The class topics, instructors and mentors are all amazing. Chris has a passion to help other non-profits learn the ins and outs of the NPO world. Classes range from setting the foundations of your organization and board development, to fundraising and legal topics specific to NPOs. This was a vital class that I have recommended to every new and existing non-profit I come into contact with. We are light years ahead of where we would have been if we were struggling on our own. Thank you Chris and all the instructors and mentors of Lead!
