I am blessed to have known personally the founder of Genesis Joy House homeless shelter for over the past 3 years, who does not just talk about her faith, but demonstrates her beliefs by being actively involved in helping others. I have witnessed firsthand her heart to serve others, by presently experiencing a challenging time in the life of my family. Through her faith, love and determination to live it out, she has opened the doors of her home to our family of six. It is not something many of our friends have done, but she has. Because of what I have experienced firsthand through her hospitality, I am convinced that Genesis Joy House is a place that offers hope to all who enters it's doors.
