Review for New Leash on Life USA, Narberth, PA, USA
I've been following New Leash on Facebook since its inception. I'm a BIG fan of this organization. Its mission creates a win win situation for our canine babies and a positive, invaluable experience for the inmates. I would love to see this program expand to other states.
