Review for Northwest Zen Sangha , Portland, OR, USA
I have been involved with Dharma Rain since 1990, moved away, and returned in 2005. This was my first experience of Sangha and Buddhism. My children have attended the Dharma School and Camp sInce 2005. Wonderful teachers, supportive environment for exploring the Dharma for the whole family.

Review for Northwest Family Services, Portland, OR, USA
Counselor who I saw was fine, the unlicensed one who saw my teen son was a loose cannon, did not get consultation from supervisor before he acted impulsively to break confidentiality. Created lots of difficulty for my family. Supervisor met with me but never provided follow up on plan to fix this problem, got my money back for the counseling but do not feel that these issues were really addressed, worry for future clients.

Counselors need more training on coordination of care, confidentiality, policies need to be clear, parents need to be more informed when treating teens.
