Review for Binaytara Foundation (BTF), Clarkston, WA, USA
I volunteered as a volunteer coordinator for Binaytara foundation from September 2011 to June 2012. The most gratifying experience for me and all other volunteers was to see our individual-small-efforts being amplified into goal achievements via team work and benchmarking. It gives me immense pleasure to find that the foundation has consistently given away research grants to the young researchers in an effort to cultivate research and publication in developing countires. It has been organising seminars and conference to disseminate the updates in the field of medicine (specially Hematology/Oncology) among the medics of the developing countries. Next big goal is to set up a bone marrow transplant center in Nepal, a breakthrough in the healthcare of not only Nepal but also the nearby states of India. Most of the work and communication among the foundation is online and thus anyone from any part of the world with good internet access can easily contribute to the foundation. I would strongly recommend Binaytara foundation if any one is looking to contribute as a volunteer for a nonprofit. I wish all the success for the foundation.
