Marlene is an angel. She was put on this Earth to watch over horses that others have given up on. Valley View Ranch Equine Rescue is Heaven on Earth for these forgotten hooved creatures, for it is there they can finally be free. They can eat, drink fresh water and run through the pasture. It is where they are given a second chance...a second chance at life, to be cared for and loved. It is where they find patience and acceptance and a forever home...either with an adoptive family or there at the ranch, at peace.
I opened my home and heart to one of Marlene's rescues...a tall grulla mare...full of spunk and a little spoiled.She needed special handling, a lot of patience and love...time and trust heal. Rescued horses need healing...it isn't easy, but nothing worthwhile is.
If you want to make a difference in your world, this is a great organization to support with your donation - money or time...or perhaps you have what it takes to open your heart to one of the horses...whichever you choose, it will be well spent!
