My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Third Eye Volunteer Foundation Nepal, Kathmandu , , Nepal
With small amounth of money after my PhD. I decided to travel out of central Europe. I found one contact person and volunteering work in Nepal for afforestation in protected areas. So I grab this chance and went to there. But things changed and I can not work for that organisation and afforestate, but my friend from volunteering organisation found me very quickly other opportunity. He offered me job in Himchully English boarding school like a teacher under Annapurna. I spent there three amazing months with great teachers, amazing children surrounded with breath taking nature. With teachers I visited many places all around, lived in different families, saw so many traditions and places. Tasted many different food, met really friendly people and had just great time. But my favourite was a hanging around in Nepali jungles and hills in my school area. Of course Nepal is not richest country on the world and has also some troubles and problems, but people are happy here, still are not dirty from all that consume way of life. I knew I had to go to Nepal, but I didn´t know why. Now I now. Because it is a coutry, where you can find your self. Country with lot of time for your self and with speaking mountains. That mountains is speaking to everyone in their hearts.
