do more Shabbatons and maybe have the program participants do some studying on their own during the week, since the meetings are only once a week on Sundays.

the opportunity to meet successful members of the Russian Jewish community who have made the transformation from secular to observant and were kind enough to share their experiences with us.

knowledgeable, respectful, and very friendly. I knew a couple of them going into the program, and pretty much got to know the rest by the time I completed the program.

ensure every Jew who's never visited Israel will get a chance to do so.

we could spend more time learning the Hebrew alphabet and language.
