Review for A Chance for Bliss, Penryn, CA, USA
This is such a unique and wonderful place for abused, neglected, or abandoned animals. Most of these animals are not adoptable and have special needs. Some are at the end of life's journey but still have some living to do. They give so much love and are so grateful for the kindness and devotion shown to them. My 20 year old daughter was born with Autism volunteers for 2 hours a week there. She talks about A Chance For Bliss all week long.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
My Autistic daughter volunteers at A Chance For Bliss 2 hours a week. She attends wih an adult supervising her. I personally have given a generous donation because I know it is going to good use.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Deanna and Woody. They are so dedicated and loving. They are determined to give quality of life to these animals that have been severely neglected or abused
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
All awesome!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Continue to give quality of life to the animals that were neglected, abused or abandoned.
Ways to make it better...
Nothing could be better except to help these wonderful, dedicated people.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
They work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day and don't have time to find funding. They need money to care for these animals.
One thing I'd also say is that...
These are sincere, hard working devoted people. Not only do the animals benefit from this sanctuary, but so do the volunteers. There are disabled volunteers as well as nondisabled volunteers. This is a loving, nurturing environment.
