Review for NEXT STEP LEARNING CENTER INC, Oakland, CA, USA

I have been a volunteer at Next Step for seven years. The staff are dedicated to the students and ensuring that they get the right match with a volunteer to help the students move forward in their education. Next Step prepares their students to take the GED. The walls are lined with photos of students who are holding their GED certificate.
The staff treat their volunteers very well.There are currently 65 volunteers that come in weekly to tutor the students. There are in-services provided for volunteers and a yearly volunteer appreciation dinner.
