Under One Roof is the sponsor, developer and operator of "The Marvin" - affordable congregate housing with supportive services and "The Marvin Children's Center" - a full day full year accredited child care program for 3 &4 year olds. Under One Roof has become a national model for affordable housing with services for seniors, helping seniors age in place and avoid premature nursing home placement. The Marvin has been selected as a model shared site facility for intergenerational programs. I know I will sound prejudiced, since I am the Executive Director of Under One Roof - but I can speak for all the board members, staff, residents and families involved in the programs - we provide excellent, high quality, affordable services. We are so proud of all we do and the services we provide.
