Review for Organic Soup Kitchen, Santa Barbara, CA, USA
My experience with the incredible Organic Soup Kitchen has been A+. i have volunteered several times and each experience was nothing but wonderful. The staff are so pleasant, so kind and helpful but most of all, they *really* care about the importance of feeding our veterans, the elderly and the community at large GOOD, nutritious, absolutely mouth watering delicious food. I love to work with them. I love the soup. The Garbonzo Bean Red Pepper Patties are one of my favorites, but I love ALL the yummy soups. I love the people who make up OSK. They are for sure a Santa Barbara treasure. I wish every non-profit was like OSK. They make this world a much better place.

Review for Charity Cars, Inc., Longwood, FL, USA
Free Charity Cars (FCC) is the oldest non-profit of its kind, donating more than 4500 vehicles to people who deserve them in the United States. I am a volunteer member of FCC, and am more than impressed with their work!
I've seen them provide cars, and solve transportation problems... totally free, to those disabled, women from domestic violence situations, men and women with children, with disabilities and more.
I find them to be very unique in that you don't have to *win* a car, you actually receive a car from basic kindness, such as promoting the organization and voting for other members on the website (http://www.freecharitycars.org).
So in helping others and making lifelong friends, a person receives a car and the more they promote, the faster that happens as the public is made aware of FCC and therefore donate more vehicles!
The founders and staff seem more than willing to help, very accessible and friendly.
I think they must have big hearts to be involved in doing something like this - for people who truly deserve a car. They make a such a huge difference in the life of people and their family.
