Review for Operation Second Chance Inc, Germantown, MD, USA
Cindy and Operation Second Chance provide support for our wounded veterans and their families at a very personal level; treating them like family and helping them move on to the next phase of their lives. OSC gives me the connection I needed to be able to do something to help those men and women that have given so much of themselves for us. Larry S.
