I started working with WOMAN, Inc as a volunteer about 4 years ago, and am lucky to count myself among our small and amazing core staff team. As a volunteer, I learned so much about supporting survivors of domestic violence, and was hungry for more opportunities in the anti-violence field. I was grateful to find myself working with an organization that empowers peers to take such a huge part in this tough but crucial work. Since joining our staff team, I have had the honor of working with a dedicated group of people, and to see our community of volunteers and supporters grow and thrive. I am so proud to be a part of an organization that works towards providing inclusive and impactful services, and one that continues to evolve to meet the needs of our communities.
