shanycorp,advicing any nonprofit with 501 c3 to file the form 990z every year,to avoid loosing the 501c3 status,shany has the 501c3 for the first time and have no one to explain to us,that is no matter,if don't get $25,000 still have to fill out 990z form,hope in GOD,shanycorp get reinstaired again,and keep the 990z and 1023 form fill every year to avoid another revoke.
