I had a wonderful experience volunteering at DOROT. It far exceeded expectations. I learned a lot of valuable life lessons from DOROT seniors who I visited with.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
that it is very personal. You interact directly with the homebound seniors you visit and serve, and it is just so rewarding to see the great joy that you bring to them by visiting and providing them with companionship, alleviating the loneliness.
