I have had the pleasure and blessing to be part of Gear Up Foundation for more than 2 years. I had the opportunity to work close to the Gear Up Members and have helped delivering donations, this has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. My favorite part is to see the firefighter’s faces when Gear Up gives them the help they don’t have. I was also part of a children’s ceremony where the kids from this very poor town got fire training, prevention knowledge’ and earned a diploma, it touched me to see their faces, they want to grow up to be firefighters.
If you have the opportunity to contact Gear Up Foundation, and be a part of their helping family, please do so. Their charity work, mission and vision have changed my life. This foundation is formed by people that believe in helping others and giving tribute to those who are not longer with us.
