Review for Metropolitan New York Coordinating Council on Jewish Poverty, New York, NY, USA
I have worked closely with several of the staff members of Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. The company I work for has built a few low-income senior citizen residences in NYC. We chose Met Council as our management company because they are really good at what they do. They are able to offer our seniors (of all backgrounds) the little extras they need to have a safe and comfortable living environment, like help filling out paperwork, hosting social events and providing advice when needed. They offer on-site resident managers, social workers, and other staff that understand the needs of elderly disadvantaged citizens. Met Council has helped us reach our goal in providing quality homes for those members of our community that need extra assistance.
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the satisfaction from our tenants with Met Council's management style and the services they provide for our senior citizen residents.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the understanding they have that no two people are alike and the individual attention and effort that goes into helping as many people as they can.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
some of the social workers, resident managers and property management office staff. Everyone of them was friendly and easy to work with.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
provide even better services to our mutual residents, besides the programs it offers to the general public.
