The architecture of Hyacinth's Place is absolutely outstanding. Moreover, the individual suites are impressive. I truly admire the dedication shown by staff and volunteers. Perhaps what is most remarkable is observing how a home (Hyacinth's Place) contributes to mental health stability/genuine happiness in the lives of the women.

After seven years of diligent work, in November of 2011, Ms. Barrow and staff opened the doors of Hyacinth’s Place to fifteen homeless women with a mental health diagnosis. Hyacinth’s Place is constructed with fifteen efficiency self-constraint units fully furnished. Fifteen women now have a safe place to rest, feel at peace and receive twenty four hour support. In essence, Hyacinths Place and the staff are empowering women. I am absolutely inspired by the great amount of dedication and genuine support shown by the staff and volunteers of Hyacinth's Place. I wish this organization continued support and success.
