I Have been working with the Carter School to develop a design for the school for the past 3 years, and had many opportunities to visit and see the way the teachers and nurses operate, and they are wonderful. They are so caring and invested in each one of their kids, in their development, well being and happiness.
Through out the process of understanding the needs of the school spatially and problematically, the emphasis was always for the benefit and comfort of the students. The work and service this school is providing for this small and special part of our community is crucial and even life saving for some.
