Review for Resource Genesee, Flint, MI, USA
The Resource Center was renamed Resource Genesee several years ago. It is home to the volunteer center for Flint/Genesee County; a homeless outreach; ReMix Genesee, a program for disconnected youth ages 16-24; it is the Informational and Referral Service which can connect people to all area human and social services; it is home to 2-1-1, a 24-hour information and referral service (just dial 2-1-1 on your phone in Genesee County), and home to Leadership Genesee, an adult leadership program.
Resource Genesee does so many things for nonprofits and individuals in our area; it would be hard to list them all. They get a lot done with a small staff. For more information see the website, www.resourcegenesee.org.
