Review for Travis Manion Foundation, Doylestown, PA, USA
I learned about the Travis Manion Foundation from a Marine I was helping during his transition to civilian life. He subsequently went to work for the Foundation when it opened the San Diego office, and I've had the pleasure of helping out on a number of initiatives.
The mission of the Travis Manion Foundation -- to comfort the families of the fallen, to teach the importance of service to the community and to assist service men and women in their journey back to the civilian world -- is something that I personally feel very passionate about. They do an amazing job on all fronts! Staffed by either veterans or family members of those who have died in the service to this country, the Foundation truly lives its credo of "honoring the fallen by challenging the living".
I couldn't be more proud to be associated with this fine organization and look forward to watching it grown its impact in the coming years!
